My first allergic reaction was eczema, which began when I was a 4 yo. At 16, I developed chronic sinusitis. I had many allergy tests over the years, but totally gave up on them after wildly different results, from tests done one week apart, when I was 27yo. I had always been a tired person but on reaching my 30's I was chronically exhausted. At this time what was previously minor anxiety, became overwhelming and life became a very arduous burden. I just ate, slept and worked, no social life at all because i had no energy and my nerves were shattered. I tried many natural therapies and supplements and finally gave in and began taking SSRI's after being forced to sell my business. When they helped a little, I accepted that I had depression. Finally at 48yo I found an amazing Dr who diagnosed me with High histamine which causes,an anxious, exhausted type of depression. Does this strike a chord with anyone?
